What is the Tupperware Limited Lifetime Warranty?
Tupperware brand products are warranted by Tupperware against chipping, cracking, breaking, or peeling under normal non-commercial use for the lifetime of the product. Functional parts (like seals) are covered, though some decorative items may vary.
Are Tupperware products safe for microwave and dishwasher use?
Most of our products are dishwasher safe. However, only specific product lines marked with the microwave-safe symbol are designed for microwave heating or cooking. Always check the bottom of the container for the appropriate care icons.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes between 5 to 7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
What is your return policy?

How can I replace a lost seal or lid for my container?
We offer a 'Spare Parts' program where you can purchase individual lids or seals. Simply locate the mold number embossed on the bottom of your container and search for the matching part on our website.
